Senior uses internship to help make difference in nonprofit sector
Nonprofit leadership and management senior Hugo Polanco of the College of Public Programs is using an internship at a new publication to help inform Arizona's homeless community of news that could improve their quality of life.
"Polanco said the expanded newspaper will allow homeless people to get in touch with the variety of services offered to them by nonprofit organizations and the government," according to an article in the State Press.
